Refund & Return Policy
At Ravenor, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
